VOLCANO SPECIAL

Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service we received from you this week. Cindy's helpfulness and friendly manner gave us a good initial impression of the business and the deal she offered us was second to none! We were very proud to drive a vehicle that had witnessed the eruption of Mt. Ruapehu and still had the marks to prove it! We think you should advertise this as the "Volcano special"!

We picked up the car from Michelle who was also very friendly and accomodating and we feel we received a very high level of service overall. We will definitly recommend Rent-a-Dent to anyone we meet who is travelling to Taupo. Thanks again!

WEEKENDER

We spent a wonderful weekend in Lake Taupo region. Being quite spontaneous, we didn't book any car hire in advance and thats why we were realy glad that Michelle at Rent A Dent opened on Sunday to give us a car.

That doesn't go with out saying, beacause they are usually closed on Sundays and Michelle came down and opened up the office just for us lucky Germans!.

The car we hired was clean, safe and a reliable travel companion.
